I was disappointed in the billing. The final bill was about $200.00 more than the estimate. I had enough in my account to cover the initial estimate but had to transfer more to cover the final charge. In doing so, my bank assessed me a $3.00 fee to cover the transfer.

This was the first time that I took my car to Hiller Automotive. I was totally impressed with the every person I spoke with. They called to tell me what they found, how much it would be & they had it repaired quickly. Since my tires were also rotated, they asked that I bring it back in for a quick check of the lug nuts after driving it 100 miles. This was the first time any shop had asked this & I’ve had tires rotated many times. Definitely will be recommending to friends!!

It was a laundry list of items that was addressed on the vehicle. So much so that it would be a headache to list here. Altogether with the military discount came out to ~$3200 when I was expecting to pay somewhere around $4k-$6k. That said, the quality of repairs appears to be sufficient.The amazing part here was the time of turn around. The car went in for assessment thurs morning. Confirmed mechanics to start job around noon that same day. Car was ready the next day at 430pm.Is summary, I paid less than I expected for the repairs I desired with an exceptional time for turn around.One side note- I did mention to "check my tires/tpms indicator on" as a specific box checked for repairs. Why then, is my tpms indicator still lit? A little frustrating after having dropped over 3 grand but it is what is.

I loved this place for 3 years while I lived in Peoria. They took care of everything for me, kept track of what services were coming due, took pictures and explained things well. I had to move to a new state for work, and finding a mechanic to replace this one is going to be a tall order. They set the bar high.

I was traveling and had unexpected brake issues. Holler Automotive did a great job getting to me quickly, explaining the issue in layman’s terminology and repairing the issue to get me back on the road. Personable staff that kept me in the loop in regards to cost and timing of repair. Clean and comfortable area to wait for my car with snacks. Highly recommend.

While visiting family in the Peoria area for a weekend trip, I discovered that I had a severe bald ring around a tire. I replaced the tire then was concerned about driving 6 and a half hours home. I went to Hillers bright and early Monday morning expressing my concern and requested that they check over my Suburban. They didn't hesitate or request for me to schedule an appointment, they did it. Upon their inspection, they discovered that my lower Ball Joints were bad. They fixed it that very same day. I was able to get on the road and make it to work the next day! They gave me the piece of mind that me and my kids would get home safely, which is priceless. Thank you to Hiller's and their staff for making a difficult situation easier for an over stressed mom. If the need should arise... I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or refer anyone, including family. You guys ROCk!

I had taken my vehicle here for a variety of problems. The team here diagnosed my cars issues and gave me a list of everything wrong that they could find along with a detailed cost breakdown and easily allowed me to decide which repairs I was able to afford at the time. They let me know which were the most urgent and which could be held off until another time. They were open and honest and quick on the repairs. But don’t let quick make you think quality was missing, because it wasn't. After getting my front hubs, a control arm, and sway links replaced and the alignment done proper, my car sounds and feels fantastic now, despite the work that still needs to be done. This is without a doubt my primary mechanic now and I highly recommend them to anyone. I am amazed with your work and the friendliness I was shown through the whole thing.

Took my pickup in to have them look at the rear differential. The guy at the counter was extremely polite and helpful. After a while they called and told me what was really going on with the truck and explained different things. Great people over at Hiller automotive!

I bought tires for two vehicles on Hiller’s “buy 3 get 1 free” deal. They presented me with the tires that were the best “all terrain” quality for each vehicle. I chose to wait for installation. As always the waiting area is clean and comfortable with drinks provided. They asked that we come back in 100 miles so they can make sure the lug nuts are tight - no charge and no appointment needed. I highly recommend Hiller Automotive.

We took the car in for a noise it was making and told them to just check it over for other potential issues.well did they check it over! Looks like I had multiple issues that needed addressed! Nobody wants a large bill for repairs but they made several phone calls to us as they found more items that needed addressed. No surprises! After they were finished,they test drove the car,in town and on the the highway and found another bearing that needed fixed. Very thorough and easy to work with.

I took a vehicle in for a pre-purchase inspection. The process was efficient, informative, and cost-effective! The Hiller team was finished in about an hour and communicated clearly what I needed to keep an eye on with the car, what it would cost to fix, and how critical (or not) each deficiency found was. I am happy with the work they provided!Unrelated to the inspection, my wife’s car needed a minor fix to its engine shield as it had come loose right before we arrived at the shop. The Hiller team offered make the quick repair to secure the shield free of charge. It was a small act, but definitely went above and beyond! I will be back in the future!

They are very knowledgeable!! I went in for a pre-purchase inspection and they wound up not even finishing it because the whole bottom of the car was rusted out! They didn't charge me a dime. They even let me put the car back on the blocks to take pictures. They are very accommodating! Would highly recommend!!

I brought a 2012 Escape in for what we thought was a transmission problem. Hiller did an evaluation and determined that the brakes were frozen. Since it was a used car with no maintenance history, I asked them to do a thorough inspection and fix it. I was happy that they were able to get the parts ordered and the work done within their timeframe. Greg was great about communicating with me. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Thank you, Hiller Automotive for a job well done!
